  Great teachers & learning environment, but the administration is awful. They lose checks & do not uphold their own school policies. The administration does not apply the same rules to everyone. For example, during holidays when the week is shorter, they did not want to honor the sibiling discount for me but did so for other people who have children there. I came to this school because of glowing reviews and first approached them stating that my children were still in a biting phase at 22 months. They sold me on the school by stating they had experience with this before and handled it through redirection. They also stated that if it was habitual, they would sit down with the parents to work on a plan to help the children. I loved the teachers and thought my kids were learning a lot, but after one child had 4 biting incidents within 4 months, and the other 2 incidents in 4 months, they were lumped together as one child, both kicked out, without any sort of sit down chat as stated in their biting policy or any warning that this could ever happen. I understand the distress of the parents of the bitten children, but this school was aware of their biting before I even signed them up. They did not work with me, did not form a plan to help them or give any warning that expulsion was an option or could happen next time. Nothing, just the boot. I wish I had found a school that was true to their word and forthright as I was about my children so I would not be in the position to disrupt my children's environment. If you have a child that has absolutely no issues with ever biting, hitting or pushing (something developmentally appropriate at that age) then your child will love it. Otherwise look elsewhere because you will end up having to leave work early to pick them up or they could end up not welcome anymore like mine. It's really not worth the worry in the end or disruption in their routine.
